About Us
At The Full Pantry, we believe good, healthy and nutritious food shouldn't take hours or cost a fortune. Our one-pot meals are ready in minutes, and every recipe is developed alongside top South African chefs, including celebrity chef and entertainer Nataniël, so you get real flavour without the fuss. Affordable, nutritious, and genuinely convenient, whether it's a busy weeknight, a camping trip, or just a night you don't feel like cooking.
All meals require 30 minutes or less to cook, and is enough for 4 adults or 6 to 8 children!
Our Story
The Full Pantry started with a simple observation: good, hearty meals were taking longer and costing more than they should, for families juggling work, kids, and everything in between.
We started small, sourcing quality pantry staples and ready meals we genuinely believe in, and building relationships directly with the people making them. What began as a side project is growing into something we're proud of, one order, one delivery, one satisfied customer at a time.
The Full Pantry is a family business at heart. It's being built as something to grow and hand down, not just a shop, but a small legacy. We handpick everything we sell, because if we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we won't sell it to yours.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-5 business days once dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping. For orders under R500, standard shipping rates apply.
Orders in the Gordon's Bay and Strand area can be delivered or picked up in-person free of charge.
Returns & Refunds
As we sell food products, we're unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please note delivery time frames are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
Payment Info
We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as instant EFT, processed through our secure payment gateway.
We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We never see or store your card details, they're handled entirely by our payment provider in a PCI-compliant environment.
